Start your Athletic Clearances early! 

Clearances take a while if it's your first time so let's get started:

*Please make an appointment for a physical  asap or have your player's doctor fill out athletic clearance if physical was recent.

• • • make an account on Home Campus

    • complete clearance on website (you can go back and download filled out physical form after their appointment is completed)

    • turn in clearance form to Wilson athletics office

When all steps have been completed and accepted, your athlete(s) will be cleared to play for the season (CIF and LBUSD rules)
